Orchetta provides a cloud-based platform for customer journey management, including journey mapping, needs management, issue tracking, and opportunity discovery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change fees upon 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in service termination

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of the Service
• All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
